UM thử lại xem sao, HN mới thử nghe được mà. UM nghe truyện hay nhạc khác được không? Nếu vẫn không nghe gì hết thì thử những cách sau đây nếu chưa thử qua:

- UM có thấy VOLUME Icon ở phần START và bên tay phải của UM gần đồng hồ phía dưới cùng của màn ảnh không?

- Có lẫm cẫm quên turn on speaker không?

- Update your Windows Media Player to a newer version

- Update your browser to a newer version

- Try different brower xem sao (IE, Firefox...)
